What is Body Mind Rebalancing?

The Body Mind Rebalancing program (BMR) is a holistic meditation and mindfulness training with body therapy accompaniment. It has a lasting effect on a cognitive, physical and emotional level and promotes your resilience. As a result, stress and burnout symptoms, for example, can also be effectively prevented and managed.

How does the BMR program work?

We don't make changes through advisors, lectures or the like, but only by living new experiences. Through regular practice of the exercises of the BMR concept and through the Rebalancing applications, you will receive new positive impulses. Through new experiences and insights, new neuronal networks are formed in the brain, which lead to new habits (behavioral and postural patterns) and to the desired change.

You will learn more about yourself through the exercises, train your awareness, better perceive your limits and your body, recognize your needs and habits, better deal with emotions and thus in a simple way, bring positive changes in your life and promote your resilience.
