hourly rate

In principle, the fixed prices and times per session apply as specified in the description of the respective offer.

Unless otherwise stated, or in the case of extended session times, an hourly rate of CHF 140/hour applies, meaning that an amount of CHF 35 can be charged for each additional quarter hour or part thereof.

The booked treatment/consultation time is always understood to be gross time, including medical history/preliminary discussion, treatment, and payment on site.

payment

Payment for sessions must be made on site in cash, by EC/Maestro card, or TWINT (no additional fees). Credit card payments are possible, but a surcharge of 2.5% of the invoice amount will be applied.

You will receive a reimbursement receipt for your health insurance company for the respective treatment date and corresponding booking.

Subscriptions/treatment packages and courses can only be paid for in cash or with the TWINT app on site, or by bank transfer within 10 days of receiving the invoice. A surcharge of 1.5% applies to EC/Maestro card payments and 2.5% to credit card payments.

Cancellations and notice periods for appointments, subscriptions, and courses

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please cancel or withdraw at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the reserved time will be charged. This rule applies to both physical treatments and coaching on site, as well as coaching online or by telephone. In the event of short-term cancellations due to illness, no charge will be made upon presentation of a doctor's certificate. The same applies if I am able to fill your appointment at short notice.

The regulations for courses are agreed separately in a contract, unless they have already been explicitly stated at the time of registration or booking.

data protection

Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary in the context of appointment bookings, treatments, coaching sessions, or courses. If the user enters data themselves, this is done voluntarily. If mandatory information is collected, this is essential for the use of the service, in particular for compliant invoicing for health insurance companies. The data collected will not be passed on and will only be used for the specified purpose.

The user may revoke their consent to the collection and use of their personal data at any time with future effect.

Place of jurisdiction & legislation

The place of jurisdiction in the event of a legal dispute is Zurich, Switzerland. The terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Swiss law and Swiss legislation.

  • None of the therapies, treatments, or coaching formats offered here are intended to replace a doctor, pharmacist, psychotherapy, or other form of therapy.
  • No promises of healing are made. Every person and body reacts differently.
  • The treatment methods offered here are alternative therapies whose costs may only be partially covered or not covered at all by health insurance companies if you have the appropriate supplementary insurance and coverage. It is the client's responsibility to clarify this. Treatment costs will not be reimbursed in full or in part if they are rejected by the health insurance company.
  • Your own experiences and successes are the best indicator for choosing the appropriate form of therapy and treatment.
  • The client is solely responsible for and decides on taking medication, visiting doctors, or choosing the appropriate form of therapy.
