General terms and conditions
Hourly rate
In principle, the fixed prices and times per session apply as indicated in the description of the respective offer.
Unless otherwise stated, or in the case of extended session duration, an hourly rate of CHF 140.-/h applies, so that an amount of CHF 35.- may be charged for each additional quarter hour or part thereof.
The treatment/consultation time booked in each case is always understood as gross time, including anamnesis/preliminary consultation, treatment and payment on site.
Payment
The sessions are to be paid on site in cash, with EC/Maestro card or TWINT (without additional fees). Payments by credit card are possible, but subject to a surcharge of 2.5% of the invoice amount.
You will receive a reimbursement voucher for your health insurance at the respective treatment date and corresponding booking.
Subscriptions/treatment packages and courses only in cash or with TWINT app on site or by bank transfer within 10 days after receipt of invoice. A surcharge of 1.5% applies for EC/Maestro card payments and 2.5% for credit card payments.
Cancellations and notice periods for appointments, subscriptions and courses
If you cannot keep an appointment, please cancel or cancel at least 24h in advance, otherwise the reserved time will be charged. This rule applies to physical treatments and coaching on site , as well as coaching online or by phone. In case of short notice cancellations due to illness, a medical certificate will be provided and the time will not be charged. Likewise, if I can nevertheless reoccupy your appointment at short notice.
The regulation for courses are contractually agreed separately, unless they are explicitly already specified at the time of registration or booking.
Privacy
Personal data is collected in the context of booking appointments, treatments, coaching or courses, only to the extent necessary. If the user enters data himself, this is done voluntarily, if mandatory data are collected, these are essential for the use of the service, especially for the compliant billing for the health insurance. The data collected will not be passed on and will only be used for the purpose stated in each case.
The user can revoke the consent to the collection and use of his personal data at any time with effect for the future.
Jurisdiction & Law
The place of jurisdiction in the event of a legal dispute is Zurich / Switzerland. Only conditions according to Swiss law and Swiss legislation apply.

- All therapies, treatments and coaching formats offered here do not replace a doctor, pharmacist, psychotherapy or other form of therapy.
- No healing promises are explicitly given. Every person and body reacts differently.
- The treatment methods offered here are alternative therapies whose costs may be covered only partially or not at all by health insurance companies with appropriate additional insurance and coverage. The clarification of this is the responsibility of the client. Treatment costs will be reimbursed neither partially nor completely in case of rejection by the health insurance.
- Own experience and success are the best indicator for choosing the appropriate form of therapy and treatment.
- Taking medication, visiting doctors or choosing the appropriate form of therapy is the sole responsibility and decision of the client.
